The 2013 Hockey Hall of Fame class will be announced Tuesday, and the late Pat Burns is one of a few borderline candidates yet again, joining the likes of two-time Stanley Cup-winning Philadelphia Flyers coach Fred Shero and Hart Trophy winner Eric Lindros.
