Quarterbacks guru Steve Clarkson believes Tim Tebow should turn his attention to the Canadian Football League. But the Montreal Alouettes, who own the former NFL quarterback’s rights, haven’t made contact with the free agent, according to general manager and head coach Jim Popp.
