A quartet of cellos played what was certainly the classiest version of “Enter Sandman” that ever graced a baseball diamond as the Red Sox honoured Yankees closer Mariano Rivera on Sunday night. Boston then went on to beat New York in the final scheduled game of Rivera’s career at Fenway Park.
